AI in your business, not in your marketing.
Systems that take the repeated work off your team and connect the tools you already pay for. Your clients should notice faster answers — not a badge on your website.
Useful automation stays mostly invisible. If the only evidence of it is a label on your homepage, it is doing nothing for the person reading it.
What this is. What it is not.
Most of what gets sold as AI is a demo with an invoice attached. Here is the line we hold, so you can stop reading early if it is not what you wanted.
- A consultancy project that happens to use these tools
- A system built around one workflow you actually run
- Honest about where a person still has to decide
- Measured against time saved, or answers going out faster
- A chatbot dropped onto your website
- A promise that every decision can be automated
- A pile of connected tools with nobody’s name on it
- “AI transformation” with nothing operational behind it
Which one is your week?
Enquiries qualified, routed to the right person and acknowledged straight away — with the actual conversation still handed to a human, not faked by one.
Research and structured drafting that gets a piece to a reviewable state fast. An editor still signs it off, because the byline is yours.
One screen for the process your team currently runs across documents, inboxes and tabs — with permissions, a record of what happened, and a named owner.
The bar is roughly how much of the work runs unattended. None of them reach the end, and that is deliberate — the last stretch is where your judgement is worth paying for.
No black box, and no one indispensable.
- The accounts and billing are in your name from day one.
- The logic is written in plain language, not only inside the tool.
- We document what breaks, who hears about it and what to do.
- The people who run it are trained on it, not handed a login.
Useful answers, upfront.
Do we need to know what to automate first?
No. Working that out is the first part of the job — including telling you where automating would add risk rather than value.
Will this replace people on our team?
The work we take on is repeated admin and waiting-for-a-handover. It is scoped to make people more effective, and we will not promise you headcount savings.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
A focused first version is usually two to four weeks; an internal tool with several connections and real testing is six to ten. We quote after reading the brief, because the complexity is in your process, not in the screens.
Who owns it afterwards?
You do — accounts, credentials, the logic and the documentation. We also write down what happens when it breaks.
Tell us what is eating your team’s time.
Describe the repeated task or the handover that always stalls. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating.
