Job Summary:

We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our solar tracker products within the renewable energy market. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, developing strategies for market expansion, and planning and executing market events that position our company as a leader in the solar tracker industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the solar tracker industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support market expansion, including digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Plan and manage the budget for marketing activities, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Organize and execute market events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches, to engage with customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals.
  • Stay informed on the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in market research, market expansion, and event planning within the renewable energy or technology sector.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade a variety of audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Experience planning and executing large-scale events, with a focus on logistics, budget management, and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish, Mandarin, or another language relevant to our target markets.
  • Experience with international marketing campaigns.
