Project Manager – Water/Wastewater

Location: Northern California

Employment Type: Full-Time

I’m partnering with a well-established water and wastewater general contractor in Northern California to help them find a Project Manager with strong experience in municipal infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation from start to finish
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and field operations
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
• Maintain clear communication with clients, engineers, and stakeholders
• Support risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing water, wastewater, or heavy civil construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
